TRR 352 Winter School 2025
A successful gathering in Kochel am See
17.03.2025 – 21.03.2025
From March 17 to 21, 2025, the second edition of the CRC's "Winter School on Mathematical Physics" was held at the Georg-von-Vollmar-Akademie in Kochel am See.
More than 50 participants, primarily from our partner institutions, came together to explore key topics in mathematical physics and engage in in-depth discussions.
The program featured three distinguished external speakers: Eric Carlen (Rutgers University) presented on "The many faces of Strong Subadditivity of Quantum Entropy and Quantum Entanglement", Mathieu Lewin (CNRS & Université Paris-Dauphine) discussed "Local bounds on infinite equilibrium states and applications", and Sylvia Serfaty (Sorbonne Université) gave a course on "Systems with Coulomb Interactions".
Beyond the academic sessions, participants had the chance to engage in sports activities and enjoy the scenic surroundings of Lake Kochel.
Further details and presentation slides are available on our website.
